Head Chef Donn Eadie uses only the finest and freshest local produce to create a mix of traditional and contemporary cooking in our 2 AA rosette award winning restaurant.
The
restaurant has a deliberately relaxed charm and feel and provides breath-taking views of the loch. In summer, you can dine al fresco on our balconied terrace as the waters lap gently below you.
The ever-changing
menu consists of starters such as our fantastic Lobster Ravioli and Roasted Vegetables with Herb Crostini, mains include Fresh caught Rainbow Trout and Crushed New Potatoes and a signature dish of Roast Saddle of Wild Venison, Red Cabbage, Black Pudding and Dauphine Potato. Desserts include Vanilla Pannacota with Rhubarb Compote and Strawberry Cappuccino and Shortbread Biscuits.
For something lighter or a little less formal the bar offers a range of light dishes and meals cooked to the same exacting standards as the restaurant.
