"The 47 rooms and suites are set on the bonnie banks of Loch Lomond. There are ensuite saunas and private balconies overlooking the loch. The two-bedroom guest apartments have 42 inch plasma TV screens with surround sound Linn speakers and DVD players. They all also offer 'living-flame' fire places, temperature-controlled baths and a massaging shower."

"The Lodge on Loch Lomond's amberspa offers a range of special packages combining different treatments. There's lots to do outside the spa too, from fishing and watersports on the loch to golf and clay pigeon shooting."

"....The hotel restaurant, Colquhoun's, has been awarded two AA Rosettes and deservedly so. The dining room overlooks the loch and Ben Lomond ensuring fantastic views for early diners, if they can draw their eyes away from their plate."

"The Perfect Mix of Business and Pleasure"
The Scotsman, 30 March 2005

"......The Lodge on Loch Lomond is so close to the water's edge that from the bedrooms the impression is of being on the water. It is an impossibly romantic place, with a spell binding beauty in all weathers."

"Grandstand views of sunlight piercing rain clouds, hills alive with colour and blustery winds"
The Times Online, 21 March 2007

"With the newly opened spa facilities on offer - from the ubiquitous steam room to a lesser seen laconium - there's no need to leave the hotel, but we opted for queen Elizabeth Forest Park and the Achray Forest Drive. Seven miles of winding forest road afford superb views towards the Trossachs and takes in three Lochs, each more beautiful than the last."
