Our Dog Policy
We’re delighted to welcome our four-legged guests! Dogs are an important part of many of our guests’ families, and we’re happy to have them share the experience. To make sure everyone—both human and canine—has a comfortable and enjoyable stay, we kindly ask that all dog owners follow the guidelines below.
In the Hotel
- Well-behaved dogs are welcome in designated dog-friendly rooms only.
- Please keep your dog on a leash or in a carrier when in public areas.
- For the comfort of other guests and our housekeeping team, dogs should not be left unattended in rooms unless they are quiet, settled and in a crate.
- If housekeeping or maintenance need to enter your room your dog must be out of the room or placed in a crate.
- Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, both indoors and outdoors.
- Any damages caused by dogs may result in additional cleaning or repair fees.
- Noise/Disruptive complaints – If the hotel receives a complaint, we will advise you and ask you to take action. Further complaints would result in us asking you to make alternative arrangements for your dog.
In the Restaurant
We love seeing dogs join their owners to the Restaurant however to ensure a pleasant dining experience for everyone we have some doggy do’s and don’ts :
- Dogs are welcome in our designated dining area.
- Please keep dogs on a short lead and close to your table at all times.
- Out of respect for other diners, please make sure your dog is calm and not disruptive (no barking, jumping, or begging).
- For hygiene reasons, dogs are not allowed on furniture or on your lap.
- Water bowls are happily provided upon request!
- We kindly ask that dogs are not fed in the restaurant, and that no food or treats are ordered or given to them at the table. This helps us maintain hygiene standards and ensures a pleasant experience for all our guests.
