AmberRose Spa is open seven days a week from 10 am to 6 pm, offering a wide range of rejuvenating experiences.  Advanced booking is essential for our Thermal Suite, Rasul Mud Chamber and for private treatments. Please make your reservations online or with our spa team as soon as you can to avoid disappointment

Located on the first floor of our Munro Lodge,  our spa features a Thermal Suite with an aroma steam room, a salt sauna, a herbal sauna, heated relaxation loungers and invigorating hot and cold showers. Immerse yourself in the soothing ambiance while enjoying breath taking views overlooking Loch Lomond.

The Thermal Suite

The Thermal Suite is designed to prepare your body and mind for a massage or facial, providing numerous health benefits such as improved circulation, stress reduction, and lowered blood pressure. Sink into the warmth of our specially designed heated loungers, which relax muscles and ease tension. Breathe in the revitalizing essence of the Salt & Herbal Sauna, offering a calming detoxification and a boost in energy levels. The Rasul Chamber

Our exclusive 2-person Rasul Mud Chamber is an additional experience that can be added to the thermal,  it provides a private touchless spa treatment where you can select your spa mud, apply it to your face and body, and let the magic unfold in the steam, detoxifying, softening, and nourishing your skin.

Manicure & Pedicure Station

A cosy corner of the Spa has dedicated manicure and pedicure stations with comfortable seating where you can indulge in a range of rejuvenating hand and foot treatments. Pamper your hands and feet with one of our manicure and pedicure experiences, all designed to leave you with impeccably groomed and nourished nails.  Our team use top-quality products from OPI to ensure lasting results and a touch of sophistication. Whether you select an essential or luxury treatment – both deliver high quality results.

Changing Rooms

Plush changing rooms complete the Spa experience. Our facilities include fully equipped showers with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, as well as conveniently located WC and makeup mirrors with seating. Hairdryers and straighteners are at your disposal, and secure lockers are provided for storing your belongings. For day spa guests, we offer comfortable robes, (overnight guests can use those from your room) and plush towels are readily available within the spa.
