Full Time Receptionist/Reservationist

Shift Work – which involves a mix of early and late 5 days over 7
Salary dependant on experience

You will be joining an established team, working front of house as a receptionist/reservationist. It is essential that you have strong customer service and IT skills as you will be responsible for greeting all hotel guests and checking in. This will be a varied and fast paced role, dealing with high volume of reservation telephone calls, answering general queries/making bookings/giving advice to guests and end of day reconciliation. Although training will be given it is preferred that you have experience in a busy hotel reception environment and of a property management system such as Rezlynx is preferential.

Room Attendant

Full time room attendants required to work 5 days over 7 in a busy hotel. Previous experience preferable but not essential as training will be given. Duties will include general cleaning of guest bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas to our required standards.
Own transport required due to location
