Recruiting a receptionist/reservationist with excellent customer service and organisational skills who can work well under pressure in a fast paced hotel environment.

Assisting in the day to day running of reception/reservations department ensuring a high standard of guest service and hospitality, excellent command of written and spoken English is essential . Communication skills are key.

Main Duties include check in/check out, handling of reservations via telephone and email for The Lodge on Loch Lomond and The Inn on Loch Lomond. Preparation of arrivals, cash handling and end of day reconciliation.

Full Time position 5 days out of 7 including weekends, various shifts therefore flexibility is required.
